We offere pay as you go plans – where you can just turn up and pay for a day, week, months training. The better option, and cheaper, is to become a member.  This is a direct debit plan which the money will be taken monthly.  We offer a discount for our NHS/Army members.  We also offer discounts for students and the under 18s. 

For our meal service – Bulks Banquets, we charge per meal and these are to be picked up at the gym.  Please see our Bulks Banquets page for more information on this and to see a selection of the home-made and measured, nutritionally balanced and freshly frozen ‘Ready Meals’ you can choose from.
